Two last events in the zone of excellence

The technical visit and lecture organized by Instituto Líderes do Amanhã resulted in two NPS in the zone of excellence

Last Thursday, August 19, Espírito Santo's Engineering and Construction Innovation Hub Base27 received associates for a technical visit. This lasted about 2 hours, in which the group could get to know the entire building and some of the people who are making a difference in this environment.

Among them were Carolina Ferreguete, Co-founder of Global Touch, Marcos Machado, Executive Director of Lotes CBL, Francisco Carvalho, President of the Hub and Chairman of the Board of Timenow, and Pedro Guizardi, CEO of Dersalis.

Nevertheless, the associates were still able to learn, last Monday, August 23, a little more about the structuring of the Human Resources area in the companies, with Marcia Miranda and Zâmara Ribeiro, specialists in People Management at Autoglass, and Michiel Bassul, People Manager at Biancogres.

Larissa Gaspar Carneiro, Associate III and event leader, brought in her briefing: “We know that the reality of many companies is still an HR sector limited only to personnel department tasks such as preparing payroll, taking care of social security, vacations, among others. But there are people and companies changing this story!”

Learnings and practical cases were addressed so that there was greater interaction between those present, in both events, and their assessments resulted in an NPS in the zone of excellence, that is, most of them strongly indicate this experience to friends and family!
