Management and Leadership were the themes addressed by the two speakers
Associate II of Líderes do Amanhã Institute, Gabriel Zanette Koehlert, mediated the chat at the ordinary event held on Monday, July 19th. In it, we have the participation of Carlos Aguiar and Luiz Wagner Chieppe.
The first is graduated in Chemical Engineering, with specialization courses in Management, Environment, Sustainability and Industrial Strategy and several other complementary courses in Administration and Management from Harvard University. In addition to highlighting his 49 years of professional activities linked to the Forestry and Pulp and Paper Sectors, Carlos spoke about his childhood and the challenges he faced so that he could reach the positions and functions he has today.
He currently serves at the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Sciences in Sweden and at the American Pulp and Paper Association, where he is a “Tappi Fellow”.
The second said that he started his activities in 1971 at Grupo Águia Branca, and for 18 years he directed the areas of passenger transport, chartering and tourism at the company in Bahia. In 1993, he returned to Espírito Santo and took over as director of the cargo and parcel division, remaining until October 2004, when he became the Group's Director of Institutional Relations. He is currently Vice President of Institutional Relations at Grupo Águia Branca.
Graduated in Accounting, Wagner also highlighted his contribution to the activities of Espírito Santo em Ação and to the construction of the Líderes do Amanhã Institute.
The chat was divided into initial presentations by the speakers and participation of the in-person and online audience asking questions to learn a little more about the trajectory of two great examples of entrepreneurship operating not only in our state, but in the country and in the world.
