Technical visit to the Biancogres Group

Yesterday, March 30th, a technical visit was carried out with the associates of Líderes at the Biancogres Group, a company from Espírito Santo specialized in the manufacture of porcelain tiles and products. The reception of the members was made by Biancogres employees, including the members of the Líderes who are part of the group, which are: Amanda Costa, Kamylla Vaillant, Michiel Bassul, Ricardo Vicente and Saulo Graize.

The visit began with the Welcome Coffee in the showroom prepared by the Biancogres Group and followed with an introduction and brief presentation of the company in the auditorium presented by Michiel Bassul, People Manager, Institutional Relations and Corporate Risk Manager on the Biancogres and Institutional Director of the Líderes.

The visit continued with a tour on the factory, where the associates could see the porcelain tiles production process that are fully automated and technological. The company has the best production equipment with the best technology on the market, making the process even more effective. In addition, they adopt the closed cycle in their manufacture, taking advantage of any and all production residues.

After that, associates returned to the showroom, where they could hear a little more about the marketing of the company from Alexandre Luz, Marketing Manager. The visit ended with a chat with the CEO, Darks Cesar Casotti, in which the associates asked questions and it was mediated by Amanda Costa, HR Analyst at Biancogres and Associate II of the Líderes.
