Yesterday, October 10th, we had the Management Challenge, in which we tested a new model of ordinary event. The leader was Associate II, Rodrigo Lorenzoni, and there were two groups: the first composed by the associates Ivan Oikawa, Lívia Abreu and Pedro Henrique Negreiros, and the second group was composed by the associates Gabriel Barbosa, Paula Magioni and Rodrigo Queiroz.

In this new event model, a case of a fictitious company was presented, and the two groups represented two different consulting firms that would compete to perform the work in this company. The groups were required to bring a plan with the solution to the problem, which was related to Remote Working, and were also required to present real success stories, an implementation schedule and financial planning with real data.

After each group's presentation, both could ask questions to the opposing group, in order to foster debate among them. There was also time for questions from the audience so that they could better understand each group's plan, since in the end they were the ones who chose the winning group, through the evaluation of each group's competencies.

Although the groups came to a very similar conclusion, the planning, the tools used and the timeline of each one were very different. Group B was the winner, with a difference of only 1 tenth of the score of Group A, a fierce dispute that shows the high preparation of both groups to bring the best content to the Leaders event.
