Management & Productivity Panel with Carolinne Tavares and Ilson Hulle

Yesterday, August 22, the Management & Productivity panel with Carolinne Tavares and Ilson Hulle happened, and was mediated by the event leader, Giancarlo Ferreira, Associate III of the Instituto Líderes do Amanhã. The event took place in a new place, the UVV Highline auditorium.

Both speakers have a deep knowledge in management: Carolinne is the Operations Manager of the Tubarão Port of Vale, has a degree in Computer Science, an MBA in Controlling, is an Alumni Associate of the Institute and is part of our Governance Council.

Ilson is currently the General Director of Terminals at LogIn Logística Intermodal, has worked as Director of Operations at Louis Dreyfus Company, being responsible for the Industrial and Port Operations of the North Latam Region and as Manager of Logistics and Ports in Brazil at Gerdau S.A. He also has a degree in International Relations, a post-graduate degree in Executive MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and Leadership Training from Stanford University.

The most addressed themes at the event were the management models and managerial skills, and the speakers had time to explain a little about the theme and their work experiences, Carolinne at Vale and Ilson at LogIn. After the exposition, Giancarlo brought some questions to the guests, in which they could give their opinions, also opening the questions to the other associates, exposing their curiosities.

This was an event that was greatly enjoyed by the associates, with a lot of chat about management, operations, standardization, methodologies, among others. Besides being very rich in content, the venue of the event also contributed a lot to the success of another Líderes event!
