Líderes received Paula Corrêa this week

The lecture by the CEO of Viação Águia Branca had as its theme leadership to overcome challenges and crises

Last Monday, September 20th, there was a lecture for associates with the participation of Paula Corrêa, CEO of Viação Águia Branca. In a hybrid way, her presence took place in the auditorium of the América Centro Empresarial, and the event was mediated by Associate I, Luan Sperandio.

He said in his briefing: "Fortunately, her nearly 2 decades of Grupo Águia Branca prepared her, precisely, to carry out the greatest crisis management that had ever occurred in a company with almost 7 and a half decades of history up to that moment."

In her presentation, the speaker brought her life story, her greatest challenges during the pandemic period, and what innovations and projects became viable in the face of so many changes. According to her, "(...) we care about people, this is our biggest innovation."

Paula has a degree in Computer Engineering from UFES, a postgraduate degree in Marketing and Management. She is a graduate of the Advanced Management Program (PGA) of Fundação Dom Cabral, Director of SETPES. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Brazilian Association of Passenger Land Transport Companies.
