Évora S.A. is a holding company that operates in the "nonwovens", metallic packaging, plastic caps and forestry industries, and has factories in 14 countries in the Americas, Europe, Middle East and Asia, serving large customers and with annual revenue of R$ 9.5 billion.

The associate Alberto Vieira divided the presentation into three blocks, the first one was about the Ling family and its roots, the second one was about William's experience at Évora S.A. and the last one was about the leader's performance and the fruits of his journey. The blocks were conducted in a question and answer format, so that the presentation was more dynamic.
Finally, Alberto ended the presentation with a sentence for reflection by Sheun Ming Ling, father of William Ling, which says: “If your projects are for a year, sow the grain. If they are for ten years, plant a tree. If they are for a hundred years, educate the people.”.
