Lecture with Sérgio Tristão

We started the month of September with a talk by Sérgio Tristão, President of the Tristão Group and Realcafé, which took place yesterday (05/09) in the auditorium of América Centro Empresarial. Sérgio was accompanied by his daughter Tatiana Tristão, current Administrative Director of the Group. The leader of the event was Associate II Mateus Oliveira.

The event began with the speaker telling about the history of the Tristão Group, which was founded in Afonso Cláudio in 1935 by José Ribeiro Tristão. Sérgio represents the third generation of the family ahead of the company, and in 2010 he brought his daughter, Tatiana, to join the company and continue the succession of this very successful group.

During the exhibition, they presented the development of the Tristão Group, the purchase of Realcafé and the innovations adopted by the company. Sérgio also presented the coffee production processes, and Tatiana gave a presentation on the group's management and the challenges encountered along the way.

As usual, at the end of the event the guests were asked questions, in which they were able to provide further details about the history of the group and their family, which has contributed so much to this growth. It is worth mentioning that Sergio was one of the founders of Espírito Santo em Ação, the company that gave birth to Líderes, thus also being part of our history!
