Lecture with Fernando Dalla Bernardina

Yesterday, May 2nd, the Institute Leaders of Tomorrow received as a speaker the Executive Director of CEDISA, Fernando Dalla Bernardina. The company manufactures and sells a wide range of metal products nationally, such as special cuts of various thicknesses, beams, profiles, pipes, trapezoidal and corrugated tiles, and rolled sheets.

The event was mediated by the leader Paula Luiza Magioni, Associate III of the Institute, who brought in her briefing a little more about Fernando's company: "A family company from Espírito Santo that has been standing out in management strategies. It received in 2021, for the second year in a row, the 'Great Places to Work' Award, reaching the best indexes among the other companies regarding organizational climate, people management, and leadership".

During the lecture, CEDISA's history, its national expansion and strategic points, the difficulties encountered in these 45 years of company, management methods used, among others, were approached. The speaker also presented several programs that they have adopted, which promote the training and evolution of employees, showing one of the reasons why they have won several management and people awards.

The event was mostly a chat with the associates, in which everyone was able to expose their questions and considerations, extracting the most information from Fernando, executive director and one of the great responsible for the values created and sustained by Cedisa - Central de Aço.
