Empreendeda Group CEO was the guest speaker this week

César Souza, also a columnist for Isto É Dinheiro magazine, gave a workshop with the main focus on strategic thinking

What is the difference between planning and strategic thinking? What is your purpose? What legacy do you want to leave? What is the difference between leader and follower? These were some of the questions that this week's guest brought to Líderes members.

César Souza is CEO of the Empreenda Group and consultant for several companies on the list of the Largest Companies in Brazil, such as Magazine Luiza. He is the creator of the concept and methodology “Leaders in Action”, columnist for Isto É Dinheiro, and also the author of “Be the Leader that the Moment Demands” and “Letters to a Young Leader”.

He arrived on Monday morning, 16, and taught the Workshop “Strategic Thinking: the difference of inspirational leaders” in the evening. Vitor Bobbio, Associate III and event leader, contributed to its briefing: “Every true leader loves continuous improvement and knows that the improvement process is something natural and constant. This is the only way for the leader to become a better version of himself every day.”
