Closing Event

In the last official event of the year, Leaders members remembered all the activities of the year and then opened the doors to 2022

The event also called "Rendering of Accounts" took place this Monday, December 13th, with more than 90 members in the auditorium of the Comfort Suites Vitória.

Each board presented the deliverables and results of its area, forming the work plan stipulated for the 2021 Management - Presidency, Institutional, Training, Projects and Financial Administration. Thus, the members were able to see, in numbers, the mission of the Leaders of Tomorrow Institute being fulfilled.

In addition, certificates were handed out to associates who evolved in the cycle, from Trainee Associate to Alumni Associate. Eighteen associates graduated this year, a moment in which each one can share a little more about the experiences they have had at Líderes so far and their expectations for what lies ahead.

A special moment of the evening was the tribute paid to Talita Astori, in which, after 3 years working as Executive Secretary, she received the degree of Honorary Associate for all her dedication and delivery, always done with great responsibility and, mainly, purpose by the Institute. Thank you so much Talita for everything you've done for Leaders!

The associates who stood out the most during the year were also awarded. There were 4 different categories to recognize and pay tribute to those who spared no effort to deliver with quality.

Finally, there was the election of the 2022 board, in which its members introduced themselves and told a little more about the goals of the year to come. Members also enjoyed a cocktail served after the closing ceremony.
