A curious history and exponential growth. A difficult company to quote alone, given the damage, perhaps forewarned, to competitor Blockbuster."

After the introduction, the group started the book presentation with a brief summary of the book, exploring and bringing practical cases of the main points, being them: culture, constructive feedbacks, controls, and innovation cycle. In addition, the group had a brief speech from associate Thiago Rizzo, who talked a little about Netflix in the economic context.

The study was very dynamic, being open for debate throughout the presentation, in which associates could ask questions and express their opinions.
