Book Study "The Founder's Mentality

Yesterday, April 18, happened the book study "The Founder's Mentality" by Chris Zook and James Allen. The leader of the event was the Associate II, Yuri Fernandes, who had the Trainee Associates, Amanda Reginatto, Gabriel Barbosa and Silvia Santos, and Associate II, Rodrigo Lorenzoni, to present the study.

Yuri brought in his briefing an introduction of the book: "Based on documents from Bain & Company, one of the largest management consulting firms in the world, the duo Chris Zook and James Allen, who are also authors of the best sellers Profit from the Core Business and the Power of Replicable Models, unveiled in The Founder's Mentality what are the main traits of a leadership that contribute to an organization achieving and maintaining success."

And from this the group started the presentation, showing, especially, the three main crises that an organization can go through, be it large, medium or small, highlighting the importance of the founder's mindset for a company and some methods that can be used so that the organization can get out of the crisis or avoid going through it.

In addition, the presenters brought examples through real cases according to each crisis presented, making the study more understandable and dynamic. The event ended with a question and answer session, in which the other members were able to express their doubts and opinions.
