Yesterday, July 25, the "12 Rules for Life" Book Study, written by Jordan Peterson, took place. The event took place in person at the auditorium of the America Centro Empresarial and was led by Bruno Rigamonti, associate II, and was presented by associates Heitor Fernandes, Juliana Lourenço, Renan Bortolini, Rodrigo Freitas, and Suzanny Leal.
Bruno brought in his briefing a little about the author and the work: "One of the most acclaimed and controversial writers of recent times, Jordan Peterson, clinical psychologist and professor at Harvard and Toronto universities, is the author of the book "12 Rules for Life". The work contemplates a mix of historical insights from past centuries, the author's own experiences, scientific research, and principles consolidated throughout the history of humanity."
The group brought a totally different proposal for the presentation of the book, with videos of their daily life, presentations in a format similar to ILAx, interviews and personal accounts, bringing connections to the book and its 12 guidelines.
Finally, the group members were asked questions in which they could go into more depth about the book's content and express their personal opinions and criticisms about it.
